Jake Kerr

Jake Kerr is a Senior Recruiter at Paradigm, helping companies build world class teams and cultures as they scale. Previously, Jake was a Consultant with Blueprint Talent Group, where he led recruiting efforts with Jump and 0x Labs. In the past, he’s also been an Executive Recruiter with a global search firm and a Sr. Venture Fellow with Purple Arch Ventures. Jake earned a B.A. in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Northwestern University.
