Elisabeth is the Head of Creative and Design Operations at Paradigm. Previously she was at Airbnb focused on product design and launch operations. She also worked as a program director at brand agencies, partnering with Apple, Uber and Twitch to bring their brands to life. She has a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University.
