Karina is an event manager at Paradigm. She has a diverse background ranging from managing entertainment events, being a researcher for environmental non-profits, and organizing events and community at both small and large tech startups. Having most recently worked at Solana Labs, she understands and has an appreciation for blockchain technology and its potential as a tool for good. Karina holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and a B.A. in Spanish Literature from UC Berkeley.
