Trevor Holmgren is on the Business Operations team at Paradigm, working across firm ops, strategy, and data to support investing and portfolio work. Previously, he helped build the BizOps function at Tools for Humanity (Worldcoin) and worked in Corporate Strategy at Bessemer Trust. He started his career at McKinsey & Co. focused on financial services and payments. Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
