Negated signed division fails checked execution

Credited

Genuine, unique divergence — fixed in the engine and merged. +1 on the leaderboard.

Details

First-file independent signed-division lowering gap. The exact screened source failed checked executable lowering at the prior merged commit and gives NO_DIVERGENCE at merged commit 5f1ed588c0ef613f075f1d18d5146cad2fc2527a. Focused witness, full 2,326-job build, all 85 contest samples, proof-hole and axiom audit, source/binary/helper-attested credential-free native replay, and independent raw return/event/storage checks passed.

This divergence was root-caused and fixed in the engine. Fixed in PR #114 →

Root cause

ABI annotation wraps the raw divisor in an explicit int256 cast, removing the signed-literal-mix trigger while direct lowering still declines the division under unary negation. Word-width signed negation now uses typed operand lowering when the direct path is unavailable.
