Alana Palmedo is Managing Partner at Paradigm and joined the firm at its founding. She and Matt co-lead the firm’s investing and research efforts and oversee firm management. Alana is on the boards of Antares, Crown, and True Anomaly (Observer), and is an advisor to Tempo. She serves on the CFTC Innovation Advisory Committee, focused on new emerging technologies transforming financial markets such as AI, event contracts, and crypto. She has 20 years of asset management experience from Cascade Investments, Russell Investments, and Boston University. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a B.S. in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University.
